  1. Is there any equipment to buy?

    Absolutely none. This is one of the most attractive features of our service. We maintain and own all of the equipment at our facilities. You never have to worry about hiring an I.T. person, maintaining service contracts, performing upgrades, backing up the system, or any other routine maintenance. We handle all of this.
  2. Are there any contracts to sign?

    Absolutely none. There is an initial agreement that authorizes us to bill your credit card for monthly statements, but you can cancel service for any reason.
  3. How do you bill for services?

    Our preferred method of billing is via automated monthly credit card billing. This helps keep our costs low so that we can keep our rates low.
  4. How much is it to get set-up your service?

    For 101Voicemail Toll Free monthly maintenance fee is $8.50 and voice mail minute usage is free.
  5. Do I have to change my telephone number?

    Absolutely not. If you already have a toll free number that you want to be answered by 101Voicemail, just fill out the transfer form and fax it to 1-888-217-4459 along with your most recent billing statement.
  6. Do I get my own telephone number?

    Yes. Our service includes a 101Voicemail Number that you can use for Voice Mail.  
  7. Can I request for a vanity number?

    With our service, you can request for a vanity number for a one-time fee of $25.00. Vanity number activation usually takes 5-10 days to complete. You can expedite the process to 1-2 business days by adding an extra $25.00.
  8. How long will the transfer take?

    Transfer usually takes 10-15 business days to complete, provided there are no problems with the documents. The probability of extreme delay or transfer rejection increases if the documents are incomplete, incorrect or missing. However, during this time your existing number will operate as before and you shouldn't experience any downtime (as long as your account is active with your previous provider). There is a one-time fee of $50.00 to expedite the transfer process.
  9. What do I need to transfer my number?

    You will need to completely fill out the transfer form and submit it to us along with a copy of your most recent billing statement. The billing statement must be dated within the last 30 days and should list the following information: Toll Free Number, Name, Billing Address.
